2019 Book List

Favorite read of the year: Made in Harlem - Daniel Daye aka Dapper Dan - Dapper Dan is such a great storyteller. It was amazing to learn about his journey in the fashion world and to see how pivotal culture of the African diaspora was and continues to be to the fashion world. I love hearing stories about Harlem before I lived there and seeing what places still exist.
